Monoblock: fail-safe modularity
Monoblock: fail-safe modularity
The need to provide simple and compact solutions for the refrigeration of small commercial cold rooms makes monoblock units a wise choice. Due to their compact, packaged structure, monoblock units are quicker and easier to install than traditional centralised systems.
In combination with standard-sized or custom cold rooms, monoblock units also ensure extensive flexibility, allowing quick changes to the layout and facilitating installation and dismantling for short-term uses (e.g. rentals).

No-compromise smart display
The range of iJF controllers features a vast array of hardware options and combinations, with the possibility to choose between compact controller with built-in panel interface, and remote displays in combination with split controllers.
The possibility for manufacturers to choose between small, large and XL iJF interfaces with portrait or landscape orientations allows the best selection in terms of viewing and interacting with the display.

In particular, the new iJ XL range makes it possible to immediately identify the unit’s operating status, thanks to the larger digits on the display and the addition of a LED bar at the bottom.
When using an interface combined with a split controller, the HMI can be installed away from the power board, in a position that is more easily accessible to service technicians and end users.
Smart connectivity for optimal installations
Monoblock units not only ensure simpler installation, but also the possibility to interact easily with the controller, minimising unit commissioning time and reducing the complexity of parameter fine-tuning and maintenance operations.
The Applica and Controlla apps, combined with the iJF range devices, are the perfect tools for interacting with the controller via Bluetooth® or NFC connectivity, in every stage of unit operation.
Bluetooth® connectivity also allows easy interaction with harder-to-reach ceiling-mounted units, via Applica for installers and maintenance personnel, or Controlla for end users.

User profiling facilitates correct unit parameter configuration, by displaying only the parameters that are available to the selected user profile and thus reducing the possibility of errors and unauthorised modifications to critical functions.
Thanks to the possibility to export and share configurations - which can then be applied to other units - correct parameter configuration is quick and error-proof.
Navigation on Applica & Controlla is designed for quick and easy identification of the various functions, with direct commands for procedures such as defrost or pull-down to facilitate testing of installed units.
The “Live Trends” section and log exports mean installers can also monitor unit operation both during commissioning and maintenance.
