The CAREL Cella range of controllers and accessories has been designed as a single integrated ecosystem of products that work in perfect sync, allowing installers to best overcome these challenges and making system management simple and intuitive, right from initial configuration.

The new EVD ice kit represents the perfect entry point for installers to this technology, and includes all the required components: the EVD ice unipolar valve driver, the Ultracap module for blackout protection, the E2V unipolar stator, and the pressure transducer (this is included as standard depending on the model). It is designed to manage CAREL E2V electronic valves (purchased separately) and can be used in new installations as well as for retrofits and replacement of mechanical valves, increasing cold room performance.

Pre-wiring and installation directly on the evaporator mean significant time savings in the field compared to traditional solutions. Furthermore, the three-step configuration wizard simplifies commissioning, making the product extremely user-friendly.

Finally, through synergy with Ultracella, EVD ice can be configured and managed directly from the main controller, forming a single integrated solution for high-efficiency cold rooms.

In such a critical application as cold storage rooms, ensuring service continuity and safety is fundamental. Monitoring the system not only offers the possibility to report any faults, but also to respond proactively and prevent them.

Boss supervisory systems collect and aggregate data from all the devices, optimising overall operation and offering a single access point to the system, even via a remote connection. The boss micro panel range completes the CAREL offering by providing a ready-to-use supervisor with built-in display, ideal for small installations with up to 30 devices.

Plug & play installation, WiFi hotspot and, in the new premium version, 4G modem make system monitoring simple and accessible.
